    Estancias Prolongadas, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “Estancias”) is a commercial entity responsible for the handling, use, protection, and safeguarding of your personal data. For the purposes of this privacy notice, Estancias is located at Avenida Tesistán 719, Local 4, Colonia San Francisco, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45130.
  2. PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA:
    At Estancias, we process your personal data to provide real estate services. Information is obtained from you in writing, electronically, verbally; through the submission of electronic files, direct delivery of information; through telephone calls, emails, or by accessing the website https://hotelhaciendasanpancho.mx. This data is not transferred to third parties and is only processed for the exclusive use of Estancias.
  3. PRIMARY PURPOSES:

    1. Activity:

    As a result of our commercial activity, we will obtain your personal data solely for internal processing. We may require general information such as: name, home or business address, phone numbers, email, Federal Taxpayer Registry. This data may be used solely for administrative and internal purposes of Estancias, as well as for the distribution of promotional information about its services, for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes as outlined in this privacy notice.

    2. Information for employment recruitment processes.
    In the case of job applications from our employees, submission of resumes or CVs, employment records, data such as name, address, phone numbers, email, photographs, academic and educational information, as well as academic and employment history, and information regarding interest in job positions, including skills and abilities, contact information, socioeconomic level, and salary expectations (including wages) may be required and/or provided.

    This data may be used for:

    a) Internal purposes of Estancias, including their retention as employment records within the Human Resources department of Estancias.
    b) Employment recruitment or independent service provision processes, to provide references in case another person or company requests information about potential candidates for a position, job, or commission;
    c) Internal legal purposes, including compliance with Social Security or similar obligations.

  4. SECONDARY PURPOSES:
    Additionally and secondarily, we inform you that we will process your data for the following purposes, which are necessary for commercial processes, collaboration with other entities engaged in real estate services, that are essential to optimize our internal processes and provide you with better attention and response.

    1. Share your personal data with entities, individuals, or legal entities related to our activity, as long as we have your express consent for this purpose.
    2. Recruitment, selection, and hiring of professional and/or trainee staff.
    3. Publications, articles, brochures, interviews, reports, as long as we have your express consent for it.

  5. MECHANISMS FOR THE HOLDER TO EXPRESS THEIR REFUSAL FOR THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA FOR SECONDARY PURPOSES:

    That, if this “Privacy Notice” is available in writing, your signature, initials, name, or fingerprint or by providing your data in any part of the site constitutes a manifestation of your consent for Estancias to process your personal data in accordance with this “Privacy Notice”.

  7. HANDLING OF SENSITIVE DATA:
    In accordance with the provisions of Articles 3, Section VI, 8, 16, 19, and 56 of the Law, Estancias does NOT request or receive SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA such as those related to racial or ethnic origin, health status, gender, sexual orientation, political preference, union membership, medical or clinical conditions.
  8. NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER:
    Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Law, as well as other exceptions included in said legal order.
  9. EXERCISING YOUR ARCO RIGHTS:
    To Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data, you must submit a request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition with the necessary information by sending an email to the address control@parklife.mx. Communications sent via this means will be responded to at the sender’s email address, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of its receipt and send a response, acknowledging receipt as evidence.

    In the event of receiving requests for cancellation of data or revocation of consent, they must be made in accordance with the provisions of the previous section. The cancellation of data will lead to a blocking period after which the data or data held by Estancias will be deleted. Estancias may retain the data solely for purposes of the responsibilities arising from its processing.

    Estancias will not be required to cancel data when:

    1. It must be processed by legal provision.
    2. It hinders judicial or administrative proceedings related to tax obligations, the investigation, and prosecution of crimes, or the enforcement of administrative sanctions.
    3. It is necessary to protect your legally protected interests.
    4. It is necessary to perform an action in the public interest.
    5. It is necessary to comply with a legally acquired obligation.

    The cancellation of personal data will lead to a blocking period during which the data or data held by Estancias will be deleted from the Holder. Estancias may retain the data solely for the purposes of the responsibilities arising from its processing.

  10. MECHANISMS AND PROCEDURE FOR THE HOLDER TO REVOKE THEIR CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF THEIR DATA:
    The Holder has the right to revoke the consent they previously granted for the handling of their personal data by sending us an email to the address control@parklife.mx. Once we receive your revocation instruction, we will confirm its receipt through the same means, as well as its execution, so it will be your absolute responsibility to stay informed of the receipt of our response and to acknowledge its receipt as evidence.
  11. MEANS OFFERED BY THE CONTROLLER TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
    Once the data is received, it will be processed and stored in a database that may be managed by Estancias or by a third party (inside or outside the country where the data was provided) with whom Estancias has a contract for these purposes. Estancias implements internal electronic and documentary protection mechanisms to prevent, as much as possible, deviations, adulteration, loss, consultation, or unauthorized processing of the data.

    Estancias will not disclose data to unauthorized third parties except when such disclosure is required by law or authority order.

    2. Access and Rectification
    The Holder will have the right to access their personal information stored in the Estancias database and to rectify, limit, or update it when required. To do so, they must send a request by postal mail or email to the Personal Data Handling Officer.
